What to Do
See vet for bulb ingestion. Flower/leaf ingestion usually causes only GI upset. IV fluids may be needed for severe vomiting.
About Daffodil
Daffodils are one of the first spring flowers and a common poisoning risk for dogs who dig up bulbs. The lycorine alkaloid causes intense vomiting — which actually helps limit absorption. Bulb ingestion is more dangerous than flowers.
