About Japanese Maple

Japanese Maple is a popular ornamental tree with delicate, deeply-lobed leaves that turn brilliant red in autumn. It is non-toxic to dogs and cats. Not to be confused with Red Maple (Acer rubrum), which is dangerous to horses but still safe for cats and dogs.
